If you meet Dennis Van Vuren in the street during the festive season, you’ll probably do a double take.
If you happen to see him taking a break from his duties at Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d stumbled into a scene from the classic Christmas movie “Miracle on 34th Street.”
