How to benefit from being a small company

It’s easy for small businesses to feel like their brand-building strategy is at a disadvantage to those produced by global companies, but expensive campaigns aren’t necessarily better. Here are three ways to benefit from being a small company:
1.Be flexible. Take advantage of the flexibility inherent in being a small business, says Scott Harris, president of Mustang Marketing, a marketing, advertising, and communications firm. Without corporate policies, miles of paperwork, and a steep chain of command to pass through, small companies have the ability to change and adapt much easier than larger ones do. If you see a better way of doing things, do it.
