Pasadena, Calif. – Community Bank, an independent business bank that has served Southern California businesses for 65 years, has appointed two key individuals to Executive Vice President: Robert “Bob” Cassidy to Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources, and Debby Hart to Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer.
Bob Cassidy, former Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources, joined Community Bank in 2007. Having recently graduated from the Pacific Coast Bankers School at the University of Washington, Bob will be responsible for leading talent management and recruiting quality individuals to further the Bank’s Business Center expansion. Bob has decades of experience in both management consulting and the financial services industry.
Debby Hart joined Community Bank in 2008 as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations. In her new position, she will work with the CEO and other members of the executive team to carry out key strategic objectives. The Bank’s Operations, Treasury Management, Information Technology, Bank Secrecy and Loan Support departments report to Debby.
