Staffing up
Equis Staffing, a privately owned staffing agency in Calabasas, recently earned a ranking on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country. Carrie Nebens is the president of Equis.
Equis, which came in at number 1,421 on the list, was founded in 2006 and has eight employees.
This year the company brought in several new hires and new clients, earned women-owned business certifications and received a Top 10 placement among San Fernando Valley staffing companies by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal for the fifth year in a row.
