Every Tuesday, the Mustang staff eats lunch together at a local restaurant that falls in the price range of about $10 per person. For 2012, we’ve decided to try a new restaurant every Tuesday. Yep, that’s 52 different restaurants to try this year!
This week, we went to Vietnamese restaurant, 9021pho. The restaurant was not very well-received by our staff, averaging 2 out of 5 “M’s”.
“It wasn’t my favorite preparation of salmon, and was a little pricy for lunch,” said Dianne who ordered the Star Anise Salmon.
Though rated unfavorably by most, our creative director Chris disagreed. “I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken pho soup and will go back again,” said Chris.
