Every Tuesday, the Mustang staff eats lunch together at a local restaurant that falls in the price range of about $10 per person. For 2012, we’ve decided to try a new restaurant every Tuesday. Yep, that’s 52 different restaurants to try this year!
Corner Bakery not only has a great location next to Yogurtland, but it also serves great lunchtime food. If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, soup or salad you can find a good-portioned meal for a great price.
“This is the best cheddar broccoli soup I’ve ever had,” said Ginny a Corner Bakery first timer.
Michael critiqued, “The California Grille Panini is good, but it just needed a slice of meat in there. Somewhere. Anywhere!” Michael was well aware he orderd an all vegetable sandwich…I think.
Though the food was good, Dianne was less impressed by the service. “I don’t know why, but I’m always the first to order my food and the last to get it.”
Overall, the restaurant received an average of four “m’s” from the team.
