Every Tuesday, the Mustang staff eats lunch together at a local restaurant that falls in the price range of about $10 per person. For 2012, we’ve decided to try a new restaurant every Tuesday. Yep, that’s 52 different restaurants to try this year!
After some of our team struggled to even find the place, we finally all made it to the restaurant together and got a table. After we waited 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order, we had a feeling the service wasn’t going to be great.
As time went on, the circumstances didn’t improve. It was almost an hour before the waiter took our order, and another 40 minutes for it to arrive. Some members of the Mustang staff had been here before and sung its praises (for both food and service), but there was little to praise about this meal. And as our mothers all taught us, if you can’t say something nice…
Needless to say, we’re all looking forward to lunch again next week!
