Scarborough Farms wanted a brochure that could come close to the fresh, crispness of their salads and herbs to highlight that critical component of their branding—and produce. Having to study the unique differences in Scarborough’s farming methods and varying products gave us a deeper insight into the agriculture industry, and Scarborough Farms’ unique place in the industry. Once we accomplished that, the brochure wrote itself (…not really, we wrote it, but it came easily).
