With the autumnal equinox today, Sept. 23, summer is officially coming to a close — even though it’s still 80 degrees and sunny in Ventura County!
Nevertheless, there’s no better time to stop and reflect on our summer adventures than the present, before the busyness of the fall and — gasp — holiday season takes over. And, whether you trekked across Europe or enjoyed a road trip in Cali over the past few months, remembering those more restful times can help you maintain a happy, relaxed demeanor and efficient attitude at work, even when your inbox is flooded and your phone won’t stop ringing.
