On a sunny Thursday afternoon, our fearless director of communications, Jenny Guy, came back into the office after her lunch break bursting with excitement. She and her boyfriend, Zach, had been looking to rescue a dog for the past year, and they’d just found the perfect black Labrador puppy online. Mustang’s president, Scott Harris, saw how giddy this made Jenny and excused her for the day to go meet the little guy at the Camarillo Animal Shelter.
Jenny rushed over to the shelter only to find that the Labrador was actually a 2-year-old Chihuahua. Although Jenny and Zach thought he was cute, it just wasn’t a match made in heaven. But then, they turned the corner and locked eyes with a 1-year-old female German shepherd/husky mix named Dakota. They fell in love with her almost instantly.
When Jenny and Zach brought their beautiful new pup into the office to share with the Mustang team, all of us fell in love with her just as much. Congratulations to Jenny and Zach on their new family member!
